Able and Affordable Lawn Services...

Our regular lawn maintenance covers the following and can be tailored to meet your specific needs:

Mowing

Mowing of grass on a weekly basis during the growing season and as needed during the winter months (typically every other week). Edging and line trimming of all turf, driveways, walks and flowerbeds. Blowing of all driveways and concrete surfaces, including removal of all maintenance debris. We show up every week weather permitting.

Trimming

Trimming of all shrubs as needed to present a uniform appearance, but to allow for growth. Removal of all maintenance debris. No major cut backs are included nor any tree trimming. Palms and large trees should be trimmed once a year. This helps maintain optimal health, a well kept appearance and safety during the hurricane season. We can do tree trimming for an additional charge.

Weed Control

Regular control in beds, tarmac and cobbled areas.

Irrigation

Sprinkler heads will be routinely checked. Any damage caused by our crews will be

repaired at no charge. All other works will be done a time and material basis with your prior approval.

Fertilizer Application

Fertilization of lawn and plants can be scheduled routinely or as needed and will be billed separately, to include labor and materials *see additional notes*.     

                 

Additional Works

Additional landscaping such as other trimming, mulching, landscape rock, plants and shrubs can be scheduled anytime.

*Lawn fertilizer, typically applied 2-3 times per year. Shrub/Palm fertilizer typically applied 1-2 times per year.
